Croatia Visa — Apply Yourself for a Schengen Visa

Direct Apply — no paid agent required Issuing authority: Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia

Overview

Croatia joined the Schengen Area in January 2023, and its visa process now follows the standard EU pattern: the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MVEP) publishes the application form and requirements, and in many countries document collection is outsourced to VFS Global or a similar centre, while the Croatian consulate makes the final decision. You handle the form and documents yourself — the in-person appointment is for the required EU biometrics step.
